Dr. Lisa Ries completed her dental studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where she passed her state examination in 2016. In 2018, she obtained her doctorate at the Eye Clinic of Mainz University Medical Center. She began her career during her residency from 2017 to 2019 in a general dental practice in Wiesbaden, where she gained comprehensive insights into all areas of modern dentistry.
From 2019, Dr. Ries worked as a dentist in a practice clinic in Mainz specializing in implantology. There, she deepened her expertise in periodontitis treatment and implant prosthodontics in particular. From 2022 to 2024, she worked as part of a large team of dentists in a modern practice in downtown Cologne. She joined the team at the Dentalzentrum Pankow in May 2025.
Continuing education has always been a high priority for Dr. Ries. In 2021, she obtained certification in dental sedation with nitrous oxide, completed the prosthodontics curriculum in 2023, and in 2024, she obtained certification from Align Technology for the orthodontic treatment of malocclusion with removable transparent aligners (Invisalign®). In the same year, she also expanded her expertise in the treatment of bruxism with botulinum toxin.
