Information on out-of-court dispute resolution: In accordance with §§ 36, 37 VSBG, we inform you that we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in such proceedings.

The Berlin Chamber of Dentists has established an arbitration board for disputes arising from the professional relationship, which patients may contact if they have concerns regarding the correctness of dental services.
