- Visitors to our website and patients of our practice who are natural persons.
- All other natural persons who come into contact with our practice (e.g., authorized representatives of patients, legal guardians, employees of legal entities, visitors to our website).
We collect personal data from you when you contact us—e.g., by email or telephone—and request an appointment.
We process the following personal data:
- Personal information (e.g., first and last name, address, date and place of birth, email address, telephone number, insurance status);
- Data related to your online behavior and preferences (e.g., IP addresses, unique identifiers of mobile devices, data on your visits to our website, devices you used to access our website).
We only collect information about children when they are presented to our practice as patients by their legal guardians.
3. Who may receive your personal data?
If certain functions of our website use external service providers, we will inform you in Section 5 of this privacy policy about the respective processes. We will also specify the criteria for data retention.
4. For what purpose do we use your data and on what legal basis?

Google Maps
This site uses Google Maps via an API. Provider: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use Google Maps, your IP address must be stored. This data is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We have no control over this data transmission. Use of Google Maps is based on our legitimate interest in presenting our website attractively and enabling easy location of our practice (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA in forms on our website to verify whether entries are made by human users or by automated systems (“bots”). The tool automatically analyzes user behavior using information such as IP address, time spent on the page, and mouse movements. The data includes usage data (e.g., accessed pages) and communication data (IP address, browser type, operating system). The purpose is to prevent misuse of our contact form and increase security. Website analytics (Jimdo statistics)
When you visit our website, we collect usage information through an analytics tool provided by our hosting service. Your IP address and user agent are collected, shortened, and stored as a hashed visitor ID using a SALT that changes every 24 hours. This ensures anonymity. We do not combine this data with other data, and it is stored only on the hosting provider's server.
We process analytics data, HTTP data, and web analytics profile data to analyze user behavior in aggregated form and improve our website. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The collected data is shared with our hosting provider and processed within the EU.
